Three days ago dad bought 9 or 10 pieces of papaya fruit. That's great. But the bad news is I am the only one who devours papaya here, so I just hope I won't get bloated and diarrheic for doing so. This prompted me to research some of the benefits one can get from eating papaya and much to my surprise there are many. Aside from being used in skin whitening products, my personal experience in eating this delectable fruit is that it regulates my bowel movement well.
